                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH
                   DUDLEY ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC. RELATIVE TO
                   BEARING FAILURES ON THE PHILADELPHIA GEAR
                   MIXERS AT THE MOCCASIN BEND WASTEWATER
                   TREATMENT PLANT FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                   TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($28,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized a
       Contract with Dudley Engineering Company, Inc. relative to 
bearing
       failures on the Philadelphia gear mixers at the Moccasin Bend
       Wastewater Treatment Plant for an amount not to exceed 
$28,000.00.
